Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Returns in August; Tickets On Sale This May

In August, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will make a comeback, and tickets will be available for purchase in May

The Disney Parks Halfway to Halloween Celebration is ongoing and there is exciting news regarding Walt Disney World’s major Halloween event. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will be back at Magic Kingdom Park on certain evenings from August 11th to November 1st. Tickets will become available on May 2nd.

The cost of tickets for last year’s event ranged from $109 to $199, and it’s unlikely that prices will decrease, and it’s probable that they will increase slightly. A separate ticket is required to attend the event, which begins at 7:00 pm and ends at midnight. The ticket also provides early entry to the park from 4:00 pm onwards. Visitors without tickets to the party will have to leave Magic Kingdom when the park closes at 6:00 pm on the day of the event.

In 2023, the event will take place on specific dates – August 11, 15, 18, 22, 25, 29; September 1, 4, 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19, 22, 24, 26, 28, 29; October 1, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20, 22, 24, 26, 27, 29, 31; and November 1.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party offers an abundance of activities that cannot be completed in a single night. Although it’s not compulsory, guests are encouraged to wear costumes during the event. Winnie the Pooh and his companions, as well as other characters like Jack Skellington, Stitch dressed as Elvis, and Monsters Inc. monsters will be dressed in Halloween attire, so it’s recommended that guests do the same.

Trick-or-treating is a significant part of the event, and upon entering the park, guests will be given a wristband and directed to a designated area where they will receive a trick-or-treat bag and a bag of exclusive treats. Cast Members will dispense candy to guests on the trick-or-treat trails once the party officially starts, and guests can acquire as much candy as they want throughout the night. It’s recommended that guests bring a backpack to store the candy or be prepared to carry multiple bags.

There is an abundance of entertainment available at the event. If it remains unchanged, the primary attractions will include the Mickey’s Boo-To-You Parade, featuring the Headless Horseman, Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular Fireworks, Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, and the Cadaver Dans. Some rides, including Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, Space Mountain, and Pirates of the Caribbean, will receive a Halloween-themed makeover.
